How to use Orthomol® Sport?

Take one vial daily with the tablet and capsule (daily dose) you take, with or without food. It is recommended to take it with some time before or after sporting activities. Shake the vial before use.

30-day doses. One dose contains one 20 ml vial (23.9 g), one tablet and one capsule (1.6 g). Net weight 765 g.

Directions: Orthomol® Sport is lactose and gluten free.Orthomol ® Sport contains 8.3 g of slightly soluble carbohydrates per day, so patients with glucose metabolism should be monitored for metabolism during use. Orthomol ® Sport contains iodine.If you have thyroid problems, consult your doctor before using. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep a healthy lifestyle.
