Because of reax FluiLift Disk soft, flexible material, it is a one-time functional tool. You can pick it up or drop it without harming the surfaces. Discs are of varying weight and with a wide range of accessories. Each weight and its associated diameter shall be identified with a particular colour. Thanks to these functions, the user can perform many exercises; using inertia, dynamics, centrifugal force and progressive resistance. Using Reax FluiLift won't damage the floors thanks to the innovative soft-shock system. Reax FluiLift Disk is compatible with Reax Fluilift Bungee amartisator and Reax Fluilift Reax Bar exercise bar. 2 gb x 5 kg discs in the kit.
